PornTok (porntok.app) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

PornTok is an aggregator and does not host any content. All content is hosted on third-party websites; PornTok provides links and embeds only. Where possible, you should also notify the website that actually hosts the material.

Reporting a copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on their behalf) and believe that content accessible through PornTok infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail (the exact URL or link on porntok.app) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing link(s). We may also notify the user or source associated with the material where applicable.

Counter-notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address, including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to remove and discontinue access, in appropriate circumstances, to links associated with parties who are repeat infringers.
